亲程（下称「我们」）是一款面向备孕、孕期、产后与育儿家庭的健康记录与 AI 陪伴工具。我们理解健康信息的敏感性，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护它们。本 App 不提供医疗诊断，所有健康内容仅供参考。
一、我们收集哪些信息
- 账号信息：注册与登录所需的邮箱或手机号、昵称、可选头像。若你使用微信 / Google / 百度等第三方登录，我们仅收到该平台返回的登录标识。
- 健康与育儿记录：你主动录入或拍照上传的内容，如孕周、体重、血压、血糖、胎动、情绪打卡、饮食照片、检查报告等。全部由你自愿提供，你可以随时查看、修改或删除。
- 对话内容：你与 AI 助手的对话记录，用于向你提供回答和后续上下文。
- 使用数据：匿名的产品使用统计（页面浏览、功能使用次数），以及崩溃诊断等基础日志，用于改进产品稳定性。使用统计不含你的健康数据与对话内容，也不用于跨应用追踪。
- 设备信息：设备型号与操作系统版本，仅用于保证 App 正常运行。
二、信息如何使用
- 提供孕产育儿阶段的健康记录、提醒、报告解读与 AI 对话等核心功能；
- 根据你所在的阶段（备孕 / 孕中 / 产后 / 育儿）调整内容与推荐；
- 在你明确操作时，向你绑定的邮箱或手机号发送验证码与通知；
- 保障服务安全，防范滥用与攻击。
三、AI 处理与第三方服务
为提供 AI 对话、拍照识餐、报告解读等功能，你发送的内容会经过我们的自建服务器中转后，提交给第三方大语言模型服务（如 DeepSeek、智谱、阿里云、百度、通义千问）处理。这些服务商仅在处理你的请求时临时使用相关内容，不会用于训练其模型。短信验证码服务由阿里云提供。我们不会将你的健康数据出售或共享给任何广告商，也不进行任何跨应用追踪。
四、数据的存储与保留
你的数据存储在我们的服务器上并采取加密传输（HTTPS）与访问控制保护。账号存续期间我们持续保留你的数据；医学检查报告类数据在删除后保留一段时间用于合规审计，到期自动清除。
五、如何删除你的数据
- 单条记录（打卡、对话、报告等）可在 App 内对应页面直接删除；
- 删除账号：在「更多 → 账号与安全 → 删除账号」中操作，将永久删除你的账号及全部关联数据（包括健康记录、对话、报告与上传图片），操作不可恢复；
- 你也可以邮件联系 wangxiuzi19890403@gmail.com 协助删除。
六、未成年人保护
本 App 面向成年家庭成员使用，不面向未满 18 周岁的用户直接提供服务。儿童相关数据（如生长记录、疫苗接种记录）均由其父母或监护人代为记录和管理。
七、你的权利
你有权访问、更正、导出和删除自己的个人数据。大部分操作可在 App 内自助完成；其他诉求可通过上方邮箱联系我们，我们将在 15 个工作日内回复。
八、政策更新
我们可能不定期更新本政策，更新后会在 App 内提示。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的隐私政策。

Qincheng ("we") is a health tracking and AI companion app for families through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. We understand how sensitive health information is. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it. This app does not provide medical diagnosis, and all health content is for informational purposes only.
Information We Collect
- Account information: The email address or phone number, nickname, and optional avatar needed to register and sign in. If you use a third-party sign-in such as WeChat, Google, or Baidu, we receive only the login identifier returned by that platform.
- Health and parenting records: Content you voluntarily enter or upload as photos, such as gestational week, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, fetal movements, mood check-ins, meal photos, and medical reports. All of it is provided by you voluntarily, and you can view, edit, or delete it at any time.
- Conversations: Your chat history with the AI assistant, used to provide answers and follow-up context.
- Usage data: Anonymous product usage statistics (page views, feature usage counts) and basic logs such as crash diagnostics, used to improve product stability. Usage statistics do not include your health data or conversations, and are not used for cross-app tracking.
- Device information: Device model and operating system version, used solely to keep the app working properly.
How We Use Your Information
- Providing the core features of the pregnancy and parenting journey: health records, reminders, report interpretation, and AI conversations;
- Tailoring content and recommendations to your current stage (trying to conceive / pregnant / postpartum / parenting);
- Sending verification codes and notifications to your linked email address or phone number when you explicitly request them;
- Keeping the service secure and protecting it from abuse and attacks.
AI Processing and Third-Party Services
To provide features such as AI conversations, photo-based meal recognition, and report interpretation, the content you send is relayed through our own servers and then submitted to third-party large language model services (such as DeepSeek, Zhipu, Alibaba Cloud, Baidu, and Tongyi Qianwen) for processing. These providers use the relevant content only temporarily to process your request, and do not use it to train their models. The SMS verification code service is provided by Alibaba Cloud. We do not sell or share your health data with any advertisers, and we do not engage in any cross-app tracking.
Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on our servers and protected with encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. Certain medical report data is retained for a limited period after deletion for compliance auditing, and is automatically purged when that period expires.
How to Delete Your Data
- Individual records (check-ins, conversations, reports, etc.) can be deleted directly on the corresponding screen in the app;
- Deleting your account: Go to "More → Account & Security → Delete Account" to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including health records, conversations, reports, and uploaded photos). This action cannot be undone;
- You may also email wangxiuzi19890403@gmail.com for assistance with deletion.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for adult family members and is not directed at users under 18. Children's data (such as growth and vaccination records) is recorded and managed on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Most of these actions can be completed in the app; for other requests, contact us at the email address above and we will respond within 15 business days.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and will notify you in the app when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated privacy policy.
